Withdraw from contract

Bought a licence and want to withdraw? Enter your name, your order number or licence number (SB-…), and your email address. You get a confirmation of receipt straight away, with the date and time.

You will find it in the email you received when you bought.

When you have the right to withdraw

As a consumer, you have 14 days from the purchase. For a licence that is delivered immediately, this right ends when delivery begins, but only if you expressly agreed to early delivery when you bought and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. The exact rules are in the terms of use.
